Mozart Requiem Mass and Mozart Solemn Vespers (K339)
Oxford Harmonic Society presents Mozart's haunting and dramatic Requiem, one of the great favourites of the repertoire. Completed posthumously by his associate Süssmayr it is irrevocably linked to Mozart's tragic early death. The Solemn Vespers (K339) were written in 1780 for Salzburg Cathedral and include the much loved Laudate Dominum for solo soprano.
